RSM Domestic Appliances are retailers based in Knaphill, Woking. We sell, repair and deliver domestic appliances throughout Woking and the Surrey area.
We are a member of the Euronics is a UK buying group which consisting of 800 independent members, with a combined turnover of over £ 8 billion.
As part of the Euronics group RSM are able to buy product from all the major brands at very competitive rates thus offering a real advantage versus the perceived ‘larger stores’.
The Euronics network also allows us to use member companies for advice and assistance on supplying obscure brands at short notice, in order to satisfy our Customers requirements. Our aim at RSM is a simple one - we are all customers and as such expect a level of service that makes you feel valued, respected and appreciated. We strive to meet these targets in several way's :- - Our staff are attentive on all sales enquiries allowing the customer to explain their requirements in order that we can fulfil their needs.
- Our staff have extensive, combined knowledge on all the products we sell/stock.
- RSM hold approximately 500 appliances in stock at any time enabling us to offer same or next day deliveries.If required new appliances can be installed at the time of delivery and the old appliance removed along with all the packing materials. On site training is also given on the new appliance.
- 90% of items sold by RSM can be maintained/repaired by our engineers if required (after the 1 or 2 year manufacturers’ warranty).
